Set in the small Village of Orga or Kayalar located on the northern coast of Cyprus, the house is a 45 minute drive to the Capital Nicosia, and a 25 minute drive to the city of Kyrenia or Girne. The Villa is located above one of the last remaining pristine and unspoilt coastline areas left in the Mediterranean. A handful of serene and hidden beaches are only minutes away. The home is decorated with beautifully curated antiques, including a fully functioning kitchen, large living room with a stunning arch window looking out to the sea with a woodburning stove, four different and fabulous bedrooms, and two large newly renovated bathrooms, one of which you can bathe in viewing the sea! The master bedroom enjoys access to a large sun-bathed balcony with stunning sea views. We have just completed a beautiful new extension, allowing all bedrooms to be fully private, and providing a second bathroom with a sublime walk-in shower! We have also given the outside an added touch of magic; there is a new patio area with built-in seating for eating and lounging and an outdoor BBQ and sink, ideal for cooking as you look out over the sea!

The Villa Mare boasts a beautiful garden with numerous local herbs and flowers such as jasmine, roses, lavender, rosemary, colourful geraniums and bougainvillea, almond trees, olive trees, carob trees and a lemon tree. There are multiple areas for sitting outside and enjoying the Mediterranean weather. The sea is within walking distance (but it is on a slope), and there are a cluster of secluded, beautiful, beaches just a few moments away by car or bicycle.
